my game between myself and the Giants ended abruptly when the connection was lost in the 3rd quarter and it was a 3-3 tie..ea sports counted it. Shame because it was a great game and a defensive struggle.

If you chose to quit and not count the game it should allow you to replay it. I thought it only ends the game where it was at if you chose to quit and count the game.

I'm not sure, the EA servers were acting up today. I was continuing by 5-game win streak with the Panthers and then all of the games timed out today. I know that the disconnects are not usual for me, but these games, no matter what the score is, don't count. It's irritating.

Yes, when you are playing Human vs. CPU if you lose your connection or EA kicks you, you lose everything and have to play again. But for Human vs. Human games if someone loses connection/gets kicked the other person should have the two options: Quit and count game Quit and don't count game So I am saying that it would only end the game in a tie if the score is tied and someone chooses the quit and count the game option. Is that true or will madden give you no option and end the game in a tie?

Usually it will give you those two options, however, the Ea servers are being weird so they might not have given them an option.

I believe Jojo does have a point. I was moving down th field on a 3-3 score and i was about to score and the game disconnected and it did ask me if i wanted to "quit and count game" or "quit and not count game". it's instinct for me to choose count game but i am willing to bet if i chose dont count game it would have allowed us to replay it. Oh well, it was the end of th 3rd quarter and i had no interest in replaying the whole game anyway--a tie was deserved considering how myself and the Giants owner kept stuffing each other non stop

If this happens again, do not count the game. It's clearly in the rules that if you're opponent loses connection to give them another chance to play UNLESS you are winning and a comeback is impossible.
