Does anyone know how the progression system works. I know it is based on playing time and performance, but how much. I am mostly interested in how many plays I need to give my rookies so they get better, because I really have no idea. Or if you have a link to a page that explains it?

i cant figure it out. ive led the league in receiving with a player and he didnt budge a point, he was 25 with A potential. and then a tackle jumped 12 points in that same season. i think the lower ovr they have the better chance to increase. and there is also a set number of increases and decreases that must happen.

read the intro:
Progression is effected by the player's production. So obviously a 67 won't hop into the 90's from one year of play. Some players take more time then others, but you still have a gauge to see how high a player can reach to the stars with this guide.

so if I understand it correctly after reading that ,it is a set number of progression points for anyone C rated or lower but A's and B's vary on their age and how they are used and how good their stats are
